SERS Study of MoS2-Ag-rGO Composite |

Semiconductors have been widely used in the process of SERS detection due to their unique properties. Especially the structure-mediated semiconductors in composite structures can effectively affect excitonic transition in complex system. To study this change of excitonic behavior, we adopt a simple hydrothermal method to prepare MoS2-Ag-rGO composite. We explored the relationship between the SERS signal and the structure-induced exciton transition mode by comparing SERS spectra between MoS2-Ag-rGO structure and simple MoS2 nanospheres. In this presentation, we will discuss in detail the structure-mediated excitonic transition on SERS activity of MoS2-Ag-rGO. |
