제목 Synthesis of highly fluorescent folic acid based-carbon quantum dots using simple microwave treatment
초록 Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) have received considerable attentions because of their great characteristic such as dispersion stability in aqeuous media, excellent biocompatibility, superior optoelectrical performance and low toxicity. Biocompatible and water soluble folic acid based-CQDs compared to other CQDs have been synthesized from folic acid as a kind of A2B type polyamidation monomer (A : -COOH, B : -NH2) using simple microwave treatment. As a result, folic acid-based CQDs is used in various applications such as selective drug delivery for the diagnosis and theraphy of cancers. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음.
