제목 | Synthesis of Al doping SiOX through sol-gel solution reaction mechanism |
초록 | Silicon anode materials have outstanding theoretical specific capacity and favorable working voltage, in comparison with graphite anode materials. However, excessive volume change of Si during lithiation/delithiation causes pulverization, and leads to its capacity degradation. To overcome this problem, it has been suggested necessity of Si composite to restrain volume change. In particular, Silicon oxide is one of the most promising alternative anode material. It has the advantage of accommodating Li without structural broken, which gives it a better cycle performance than conventional Si. In this study, we conducted SiOX synthesis along with Al doping via sol-gel solution reaction process, and analyzed the electrochemical property after making coin 2032-type half cells through a series of operations. |
