Gelatin and chitosan are known to be highly biocompatible and biodegradable. In addition, Calcium Phosphates (CaP) has high bone affinity. When the above three materials are mixed, they affect bone soft tissue a lot. For this purpose, materials used in scaffold preparation should set preconditions such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, porosity, compressive strength and PH so that the scaffold can facilitate cell attachment, multiplication and differentiation. In this study, the influence of bone soft tissue in human body was investigated by incorporating gelatin microsphere (GMP) and CaP particles into CHN Scaffold. We looked at how the surface of the Scaffold, PH, and compressive strength of the Scaffold depend on the concentration of GMP and CaP Particle. The concentration of GMP and CaP in scaffolding was measured from various aspects. In addition, identifies the cell compatibility of bone soft tissue as the concentration changes. |
