| 초록 | Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) is a type of biomaterial derived from human cadevaric skin tissue to remove immunogenic cells. The composition of ADM includes collagen, hyaluronic acid, proteoglycan, fibronectin and elastin. Paste type ADM is a micronized form of sheet type ADM that contains the gelatin solution. It conforms to the shape of the wound and fills deep and irregularly wounds. |
