Preparation and Properties of Poly(imide-urethane) Copolymers Containing Various DP of Polyurethane Prepolymer for Capacitive Humidity Sensing Materials |
초록 |
To obtain good capacitive humidity sensors in the range of 20~80%RH, the poly(imide-urethane) copolymers were prepared from reactive polyamic acid synthesized from 4.4’-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) and pyromellitic diandhydride (PMDA) and polyurethane prepolymer synthesized from poly (tetramethylene oxide) glycol (PTMG) and 4,4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI). In this study, the degree of polymerization (DP) of polyurethane prepolymer was varied from 3 to 12. However, the DP of reactive polyamic acid was fixed at 30. This study focused on effect of length of polyurethane prepolymer chains on the electric properties for capacitive humidity sensors.
