제목 Visible sensors for real-time monitoring of humidity and organic solvent
초록 Responsive 1D photonic crystals have beens extensively investigated for sensors by various stimuli such as humidity, pH, ion, chemical and biological. We focus on the design of visible sensors for real-time monitoring of humidity and organic solvent. Polymeric 1D photonic crystal(PhC) sensors were fabricated multilayers by alternating Low/High refractive index polymer by a simple spin coating. Bragg reflection peak (λmax) of 1DPhC sensor can be tuning full visible spectrum from blue to red by controlling the layer thickness. When relative humidity(RH) from 10 to 90%, the color of sensors rapidly change from blue to green, yellow, red by depending on the number of layers and return to the original state instantly after exposure to air. When 1D PhC sensors are immersed into water, polymeric 1D PhC sensor shift λmax of 210nm with response time less than 180s. Furthermore, 1D PhC sensors can also be detected at low concentration of organic vapor through reflectance spectrometer.
