| 제목 | Effects of Electron Beam Irradiation on Impact Strength of HDPE/EPDM Blends |
| 초록 | To improve the impact strength, ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) and HDPE blends have been p[attracted much attention. In this study, the melt blending of HDPE/EPDM (8:2) was conducted by a blending machine internal mixer at 200 oC and 75 rpm. The samples were subjected to electron beam irradiation with different doses under N2 atmosphere. The microstructures of HDPE/EPDM blends were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The impact properties were measured impact test machine. |
