Recently,flat display develops into various types including flexible,curved,foldable, rollable and stretchable display,optical clear adhesive(OCA)is required to have various characteristics other than the role of fixing components.To cope with the transformation of flexible display,OCA is required to have high flexibility,recovery characteristics. However,the highly flexible adhesive exhibits low adhesive strength,elastic properties due to cohesive properties,which leads to low recovery abilities.To compensate for these problems,a new acrylatebased on ethyleneglycol was designed synthesized, the effect of the new acrylate on the viscoelasticity,flexibility,adhesion of acrylic PSA was evaluated. To summarize the new ethylene glycol acrylates did not significantly affect the flexibility of acrylic PSA by chain length,viscoelasticity,recovery properties were greatly improved even with 1wt%. Furthermore,adhesion properties were also increased by up to 200% due to improved viscoelasticity |
