제목 A Study on Electrochemical Properties by Thiophene Substituted on the Benzothiadiazole for Photovoltaic Application
초록 In recent years, polymer solar cells (PSCs) have attracted attention because they represent low cost and flexible devices, tunable electronic properties, and easy fabrication. In this study, the copolymer was synthesized by stille coupling reaction using benzothiadiazole(BTD) derivatives as an electron acceptor and benzodithiophene(BDT) derivatives as an electron donor. The chemical structures of synthesized polymers were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and GPC. Electrical properties were investigated using cyclic voltammetry. To estimate the power conversion efficiency(PCE), bulk-heterojunction devices were fabricated and then we compared difference among the properties of synthesized polymers.
