As the organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) market grows bigger and expands applications, the development of high-resolution OLEDs technology is needed. In this study, the orthogonal photolithography process with a fluorinated photoresist and solvents was performed on the hole transporting layer (HTL) for high-resolution pixel pattering. We compared OLEDs performance according to various emitting layer (EML) host materials. Those materials are 4,4 -bis(9-carba-zolyl)-2,2 –biphenyl (CBP) and 4,4′,4″-Tri(N-carbazolyl)triphenylamine (TCTA) as hole transport type hosts, bis(2,2′-hydroxyphenyl)pyridine beryllium (Bepp2) as an electron transport type host, and 2,6-bis(3-(carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)pyridine (26DCzPPy) as a bipolar transport type host. |
