제목 방사선 조사법에 의한 Double Shell Polyaniline (PANI)-Ag-Silica 및 PANI-CdS-Silica Nanoparticle의 제조
초록 In order to apply electromagnetic inferences shielding and electro-luminescence, two-types of the polyaniline (PANI)-Ag-SiO2 and PANI-CdS-SiO2 with double shell form, which is composed the outer surface of PANI, middle surface of Ag and CdS nanoparticle, and inside of SiO2 nanoparticle, were prepared by gamma-irradiation in the presence of SiO2 nanoparticle and its oxidative polymerization. The obtained samples were characterized by FE-TEM, EDS, and thermal analysis. The morphology of Ag-SiO2 and PANI-Ag-SiO2 were observed the spherical SiO2 nanoparticles surface contacted with a small Ag nanoparticle. However, the morphology of CdS-SiO2 and PANI-CdS-SiO2 was observed that the CdS nanoparticle was generated from surface of SiO2 nanoparticle. The conductivity of PANI-Ag-SiO2 and the electro-luminescence properties of PANI-CdS-SiO2 are in progress.
