Nowadays, photocurable resin for 3D printing is used in various field such as surgical guide, temporary crown. Resins for surgical guide need strong compressive strength, wide range of workable temperature and biodegradability. In order to get better mechanical properties, polycaprolactone was used to synthesize 3D printable oligomers with methacryloyl chloride, and hybridized with silica nanoparticles, which was surface modified with vinyl-trimethoxysilane. Polycaprolactone trimethacrylate (PCLTMA) was analyzed with IR, NMR. Cinamic dihydroxyphenyl dimehtacrylate that synthesized with 3,4-dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acid and glycerol dimethacrylate was also analyzed. To evaluate compressive strength, PCLTMA/silica hybird and CDMA/EBPDMA hybrid was crosslinked with UV light using camphorquinone and N,N’-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate. This resin also crosslinked with 3D printer to compare the compressive strength. UV cured sample was kept in PBS for the biodegradability test. |
