제목 | Nanomicelle-Based Dissolving Microneedles for the Treatment of Vaccination |
초록 | Vaccines are considered one of the most effective treatments of controlling cancer and infectious diseases. Compared to traditional vaccine injections, microneedles (MN) has emerged as a minimally invasive skin drug delivery method that can overcome skin problems. Among them,dissolving microneedles (MN) have attracted much attention due to their simple preparation and high safety.Dissolving MN dissolves rapidly upon contact with moisture in the intradermal area, enabling efficient drug delivery and minimizing the risk of inflammation caused by foreign bodies, as dMN does not leave needle debris under the skin. In this study, we developed nanomicelle-based MN poloxamers and used them as carriers for transdermal delivery of hydrophobic adjuvants and hydrophilic antigens. Application of MN containing tumor model antigen (OVA) and R848 to skin tumor mice of EG7-OVA induced significant levels of antigen-specific humoral and cellular immunity, resulting in significant tumor activity. |
