Quantitative and qualitative analysis of energetic materials content in polymer by attenuated total reflectance (ATR) |
초록 |
Using attenuated total reflectance (ATR) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) as reference techniques for the quantitative method, we quantified the energetic material content in Polymer bonded explosive (RDX/EVA and HMX/EVA) and its simulant (Dechlorane/EVA). Attenuated total reflectance (ATR), as quantification method, showed accurate results, being faster and more convenient than the usual method. To improve the precision of the analysis, we used relative absorbance of polymer and energetic material at each peak. |
