제목 Preparation and Drug Release of Doxorubicin Loaded Core/Shell Nanoparticles Using Molecular Imaging.
초록 A novel preparation method for core/shell nanoparticles with iron oxide complexed lipid cores is designed and characterized. To form iron oxide complexed lipid core, the prepared Iron oxides by coprecipitation method were complexed and incorporated in lecithin lipid under vigorous stirring, and hydrophilized by pluronic F-68. To forms stabilized nanoparticles, the freeze-drying was performed in the presence of trehalose used as a cryo-protectant. Doxorubicin was loaded into the iron oxide complxed lipid core by electrostatic interaction before the formation of polymeric shell. ELS was used to observe the size distribution and zeta-potential. Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to measure the loading amount and the release pattern. Cryo-TEM and ELS measurements observed the formation of doxorubicin-loaded core/shell nanoparticles with iron oxide complexed lipid core. The core-shell nanoparticles in this study can be utilized as anionic drug delivery system for molecular imaging.
