제목 Enhanced Stability of Core/Shell Nano-particles with Lecithin Lipid Cores by Photo-Polymerization
초록 Photo-crosslinked core/shell nanoparticles were achieved using lecithin nanolipids and di-acrylated pluronic F 127 by photo-polymerization without using an organic phase. These nanoparticles showed more dramatic thermo-reversible size change as compared to unmodified core/shell nanoparticles. The stability of photo-crosslinked core/shell nanoparticle was clearly enhanced as compared to unmodified system either in organic co-solvent or serum (FBS). Lysozyme could be loaded into the photo-crosslinked nanoparticles simply by incubating at 4 °C with a higher capacity (>30%) than uncrosslinked core/shell nanoparticles. Protein release profiles from the photo-crosslinked nanoparticles showed more sustained release than uncrosslinked core/shell nanoparticles.
