Application of Silk Fibroin Mircoparticle as Cell Microcarrier in tissue engineering |
초록 |
Microparticles fabricated with some kinds of biocompatible polymers are used in various medical fields such as drug carrier, scaffolds and etc. The microcarrier can be another application of microparticles. It has more excellent functions in cell culture than 2D-cell culture due to its high surface to volume ratio and ability of cell transplantation. The silk fibroin (SF), produced from Bombyx Mori, is a well-known material as biocompatible and biodegradable and used as various forms in medical fields such as drug delivery and tissue engineering. In this research, we fabricated micro-sized SF microparticles by electrohydrodynamic process and found its potential as microcarrier. |
