제목 Enhancement of Power Conversion Efficiency in Inverted Organic Solar Cells with Zinc Oxide as an Electron Transporting Layer through Electron Beam Treatment
초록 Bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs) have been extensively studied. Among various research topics to increase device performance and stability, it is attracted attention that interfacial engineering for development of novel carrier extraction materials. Particularly, ZnO prepared by sol-gel method is regarded as considerable promising electron transport material. However, high temperature annealing process and low carrier mobility are problems to be realized flexible OSCs. In this study, ZnO sol-gel solution was modified by electron beam radiation to use as an efficient electron transporting layer (ETL) in OSCs. Introduction of modified ZnO as an ETL dramatically enhanced the power conversion efficiency in inverted OSCs.
