제목 Preparation and Characterization of Bioanode for Glucose/Oxygen Biofuel Cells by Glucose Oxidase Immobilization in a CNT film
초록 A simple enzyme immobilization onto a carbon nanotube (CNT) film was developed based on a filtration method. The CNT film was prepared by a filtration of CNT suspension. Enzyme solution was then poured onto the CNT film to introduce enzymes into its void space. The simply integrated CNT/glucose oxidase electrode was characterized for the application in glucose sensors and glucose/oxygen biofuel cells. The CNT/GOx electrode exhibited a higher redox currents, in the range of 0-60 mM glucose, the anodic peak current for the electrode increased linearly along with the glucose concentration. The maximum power density at a glucose concentration of 10 mM was 15 μW/cm2 at a cell voltage of 0.2 V.
