제목 | Development of electrochemical green ammonia production and evaluation technology |
초록 | Ammonia is widely used in various industries including agricultural fertilizers and can be used directly as fuel for fuel cells and internal combustion engines. Ammonia has an high hydrogen storage capacity (17.6 wt%) and ammonia-based industrial infrastructure and regulations have been well established. Therefore, it is attracting as a hydrogen energy storage material and carrier linked to renewable energy. The efficiency of ammonia production using an electrochemical cell is very high because ammonia can be produced directly without a separate hydrogen production process in the existing two-step process. In this study, we investigated cation/anion exchange materials and MEA manufacturing/evaluation technology for electrochemical ammonia synthesis. |
