제목 High Electroluminescent Properties of Conjugates Copolymers from poly[2-((3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-3,5,6-trimethoxy-1,4-vinylenephenyl)-co-(2-(3-dimethyl-dodecylsilylphenyl)-1,4-phenylenevinylene)] for Light Emitting Diode Applications
초록 PPVs have many advantages such as chemical and thermal stability, high photoluminescence (PL) quantum efficiency, and ease of property tuning by copolymerization with various comonomers. In this study, poly(p-phenylenevinylene)-based electroluminescene (EL)polymers, poly(2-(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-3,5,6-trimethoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene) poly(3OC1OC10PV) and poly[(2-(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-3,5,6-trimethoxy-1,4-phenyl-enevinylene)-co-(2-(3-dimethyldodecyl -silylphenyl)-1,4-phenylenevinylene)] poly(3OC1OC10PV-co-m-SiPhPV), have been synthesized by Gilch polymerization method. The structure and properties of those polymers were characterized using 1H, 13C-NMR, UV-visible spectroscopy, elemental analysis, GPC, DSC, TGA, photoluminescence (PL). Poly(3OC1OC10PV-co-m-SiPhPV) were completely soluble in most of organic solvents, so easily spin-coated onto the indium-tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrates. The OLED performance will be discussed with different device configurations.
