Preparation and properties of self-crosslinkable waterborne polyurethane/fluorinated acrylic hybrids. |
초록 |
A series of self-crosslinkable waterborne polyurethane/fluorinated acrylate hybrid emulsions as antifouling coating materials were synthesized from poly(tetramethylene adipate) - glycol (PTAd)/ Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)/ 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid/ Trimethylolpropane (TMP)/ (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) and acrylic monomer ( Isobornyl acrylate (IBOA)/ n-butyl acrylate (BA)/ Perfluorodecyl acrylate (PFA) ) by radical polymerization of acrylic monomers and chain extension reaction of polyurethane prepolymer. This study focused on effect of TMP molar ratio and acrylic monomer content on the properties such as mechanical properties and water/oil repellent properties.
