제목 Fabrication of Magnetic Nanoparticles /Hexagonal Boron Nitride Platelets Composite Powders
초록 Hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) is an important wide-gap semiconductor with excellent thermal and electrical properties. Especially, the thermal conductivity of hBN in the horizontal direction is the highest among the other electrically insulating materials such as alumina, silica and etc. Thus, hBN can be potentially used for electronic applications such as thermal interface materials for semiconductor packaging. Especially, alignment of hBN platelets is very important to obtain thermal conducting paths for the practical applications. Magnetic particles are effective to align along the magnetic field flux. Thus, we have synthesized a magnetic h-BN composite powders and aligned the platelets in the polymer matrix under a magnetic field.
