Influence of interface treatment on the performance and stability of polymer solar cells |
초록 |
The performance of organic solar cells has been recently improved up to 6~7 % since the early attempts for proving the donor-acceptor bulk heterojunction concept. Although organic solar cells based on small molecules have attracted keen attention due to the improved efficiency (4~6 %), the technology trend is being considerably shifted to polymer solar cells because of their potential for low-cost manufacturing as well as possible fabrication of large size plastic solar modules. The hole-collecting buffer layers, which are essential to make ohmic contact between hole-collecting electrodes and electron-donating polymers, do typically have acidic moieties leading to unexpected degradation of active components and electrodes. Hence, in this work, we tried to reduce the adverse effect of the hole-collecting buffer layers by employing dry treatment processes. The performance and stability change of polymer solar cells will be presented in detail. |
