제목 Development of high internal phase nanoemulsion using high pressure homogenizer and its application for cosmetics
초록  Nano-sized vesicles, such as liposomes, niosomes, and nanoemulsions,are widely used as methods to improve skin absorption in cosmetics. However, nano-vesiclesare mostly composed of water, there are limitation that they could not containlarge amount of oil or oil-soluble ingredients.

 In this study, to improve the amount of oil phase, high internalphase nanoemulsion (HIPNE) was developed using high pressure homogenizer. Then itsstability, physical properties, and skin efficacy were confirmed. In addition, O/Wemulsion was prepared using HIPNE through room temperature emulsification.

 This study was able to efficient delivery of effective ingredientsto the skin with HIPNE, and it could also be applied to the development ofenvironmentally friendly final products in the cosmetics industry.
