Enhancement of Raman scattering signal via plasmonic structure contributed to its commercial application. However surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is still low chance phenomenon to detect low concentration materials and following demand of high-performance detector is barrier for the commercialization. To enhance the SERS signal, enhancing electric field of plasmonic structure is key-factor. Modifying shape and size of plasmonic structure or injecfting external carrier is studied to amplify the SERS signal. In this research, modifying band structure of substrate to inject photocarrier to plasmonic structure is studied. For SERS signal of rhodamine 6G at most, 8 times of SERS signal enhancement is observed. |
