A strategy for senstive detection of microRNA |
초록 |
Rapid develpment of nanotechnology provides significant improvement in vitro diagnostics(IVD) systems. Among the nanomaterials, gold have received considerable research interest due to its virtues, including unique enhanced electromagnetic field, ease of synthesis and functionalization, and excellent biocompatibility and stability. The unique physicochemical properties of gold nanomaterials provide various specific signal transducers like LSPR and SERS and amplification strategies like electrochemical signal and fluorescence enhanecement, both of which can be harnessed to created IVD assays with appropriate clinical featurs. Here, we presented a simple and reliable method to detection microRNAs, which is controlled diverse gene expression, using gold nanoparticles and molecular beacons. These systems would be contributed our fundamental understanding for disease research and treatment. |
