| 제목 | Temperature-sensitive transition mechanisms of thermogelling polymers |
| 초록 | We synthesized poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactic acid)(mPEG-PLA) and poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(alanine)(mPEG-PA) with a similar molecular weight and compared their solution behavior to investigate the basic mechanisms of sol-gel transition. The temperature-dependent characteristics of the polymers were investigated by various instruments including UV-VIS spectroscopy, rheometry, NMR, circular dichroism spectroscopy, FT-IR, dynamic light scattering, and microcalorimetry. |
