Until now, studies on polymer hydrogels whose volume and properties change due to various external environmental stimuli have been conducted. These polymer hydrogels can be used as sensors and drug delivery carriers. In this study, a biodegradable polymer poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (PNiPAM-co-AAc) that is sensitive to pH/temperature was investigated. PNiPAM-co-AAc represents the phase transition of the critical lower limit temperature at a specific temperature. To study this sol-gel phase transition, we explored its thermal behavior during heating and cooling processes. The results of this study, which can provide valuable information regarding the development of hydrogels sensitive to double stimulation, will be discussed in the presentation |
