To prevent damage caused by toxic molecules, it is critical to develop a sensor that can detect more quickly and sensitively. In this study, we developed a sensor for detecting toxic molecules using surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). For higher sensitivity, we used tyramine polymerization which produces a lot of hot spots. , Target samples were located in the hot spot by the reaction of tyramine. As a result, the SERS intensity of thiabendazole was much increased. It is possible to sensitively detect the molecules which interact weakly with silver nanoparticles. Details of the results will be discussed in the presentation. |
