제목 A high performing polymer-inorganic hybrid DDSQ separator for lithium ion batteries.
초록 Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are a state-of-the-art battery technology that uses Li ions for energy storage applications. In the LIBs components, separator is a key part that prevents contact between the electrodes and allows only lithium ions in electrolyte to pass through. We use double-decker type polysilsesquioxane (DDSQ) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) film by electrospinning method to make a separator. The fabricated separator showed a good performance than the commercial separator in terms of life time, specific capacity, electrolyte uptake, and thermal stability.This work was carried out with the support of the Korea Institute of Technology (KIAT) subsidy (P0008500, Industrial Expert Competency Development Program) supported by the Korean government.​​
