Oil sand has been increasing its interest as alternative energy sources of oil. Bitumen in oil sand is difficult to mining ground, a high pressurized steam has to put in the bitumen mine lot. The production cost of the high pressurized steam in excess amount is expensive. In this study, the characteristics of steam generating process were analyzed using Aspen-HYSYS process simulation program. The steam characteristics were studied in varying the steam quality of products, and the temperature and the pressure of feed water and feed fuel. |
