제목 Preparation of a poly(vinyl alcohol)-based graphitic carbon nanosheet  through a radiation-induced stabilization and thermal treatment
초록 In this study, the preparation of the graphitic carbon nanosheet from a thin film of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) via radiation-induced stabilization followed by a thermal treatment was described. Thin films of PVA spin-coated on quartz substrates were stabilized by the ion beam irradiation at the various fluences, and then carbonized at 1000 oC under an inert atmosphere to form the graphitic carbon nanosheets. Based on the analytical results, the graphitic carbon nanosheets were successfully produced and their sheet resistance and transmittance relied on the fluences and film thicknesses.
