제목 | Discrete Micropores of Metal–Organic Polyhedra are Cross-Networked for Infiltrative Thin Film in Precision Equipment |
초록 | Many microporous films fabricated from MOFs have shown good performance, but there are still some problems; 1. it is difficult to form a thin film because it commonly grows to a micrometer size due to an isotropic growth mechanism, 2. the bulk materials randomly generate the interspace between them, causing undesired the molecular leakage, 3. Even when synthesizing nanoscale MOFs, stacking is hindered by the angulate morphology. In this study, we develop a method to make an ultra-thin, fully-covered, and facile stackable microporous film by replacing the micropores of MOFs with metal–organic polyhedral (MOP). The microporous film was assembled into MOP nano-cages, and the empty interspace was completely filled by using interaction with acyl chains while providing well-networked channels. As a result of well-networked MOP, the microporous film could be effectively used for fast adsorption and desorption of formaldehyde while preventing the pore saturation. |
