Room Temperature Synthesis of Nanostructured Titania and Their Superior Photocatalytic Activity |
초록 |
we synthesized on the room temperature synthesis of nanocrystalline TiO2 in aqueous solution without hydrothermal reaction. TEM and HR-TEM image of nanocrystalline TiO2 showed TEM, and HR-TEM image of anatase nanoparticle (6 nm, 1 M NaCl) and of anatase short nanorod (4 × 20 nm, 1 M CH3COOH), and of rutile long nanorod (6 × 50 nm, 1 M HCl). And the nanocrystalline TiO2 confirmed to powder XRD patterns of various shapes of nanocrystalline TiO2 : rutile structure (1 M HCl), and anatase structure (1 M NaCl, 1 M CH3COOH). Finally, we were applied to photocatalytic activity of nanocrystalline TiO2 on the photooxidation of Eosin Y. |
