제목 Preparation and Evaluation of Hydrogel using Thermosensitive chitosan-b-F127-b-chitosan tri-block copolymer for Cell delivery
초록 Pluronic F127(poloxamer) is well known thermosensitive material, and it has a property of sol-gel phase transition in specific temperature. We synthesized thermo-sensitive chitosan–b-F127-b-chitosan tri-block copolymer by radical polymerization. The characterization of tri-block copolymer was analyzed by 1H NMR, DSC, TGA, and rheological study. The value of a solid-like behavior (elastic modulus (G’)) and a liquid-like behavior(viscous modulus (G“)) was recorded according to changing temperature with parallel plate. Moreover, its sol-gel phase transition was confirmed by vial inversion method. These results suggest that tri-block copolymer can apply to biomaterial field for cell delivery.
