제목 7,3',4'-trihydroxyisoflavone (7,3',4'-THIF), a mineralocorticoid receptors antagonist, improves skin barrier dysfunction by psychological stress
초록 Endogenous glucocorticoids (GC) binds mineralocorticoid or GC receptors (MR or GR) after conversion cortisone (inactive form) to cortisol (active form) by 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type I (11ß-HSD1). Here, we examined whether MR antagonists can ameliorate GC-mediated skin barrier dysfunction in normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEKs), reconstructed human epidermis (RHE), and subjects under psychological stress (PS). We identified 7,3',4'-THIF ameliorated the cortisol effect and improved skin barrier function on PS subjects.​
