제목 The use of finite element method and far-side boundary conditions for the numerical modeling of convection-diffusion with adsorption
초록 The numerical analysis is a useful method in that it confirms the ideal scale parameter as well as the suitability and optimization of the process design. In this study, the inside of the adsorption column was designed as a numerical model using FEM for convection-diffusion equation. OCM and SCCM were used to design a numerical model, and far-side boundary condition was applied to solving for PDE. The error was calculated by the difference between numerical and analytic solutions, and finally, the suitable model ​for equation was selected.
