Recently, a lot of researcher developed to drug carrier in order to delivery of hydrophobic drug in cancer cell. However, it has a problem that is a unstability in blood stream. To solve these problem, we used to lipoic acid(LA) and it was introduced to back bone of chitosan by coupling agent. Structural analysis of LA-grafted chitosan was accomplished by 1H-NMR and FT-IR. Its critical aggregation concentration(CAC) was analyzed by fluorophotometer. Also, Doxorubicin(DOX) was loaded to core of LC and it was crosslinked for enhanced stability of nanoparticle with DTT of reduction agent. Its particle size and morphology of DOX-loaded crosslinking LC(DCLC) was measured by DLS and TEM. In addition, cytotoxicity and anticancer effect was confirmed by MTT assay. These results suggest that LC can apply as carrier for drug delivery. (Grant number)(NRF-2016H1D5A1910499) |
