Synthesis of Reduced graphene oxide and manufacturing high performance supercapacitor using Carbon/Graphene composite |
초록 |
Recently, there are many researches of reduction methods for graphene oxide, such as physical exfoliation, chemical vapor deposition, and chemical catalysis. Among these methods, Microwave exfoliation has been proved as a facile method. While synthesis of Microwave irradiation for reduced graphene oxide has a good electrochemical property, but it is very difficult to manufacture the electrode including only RGO material for the high energy density. Therefore, we need to design other critical process to obtain high performance of reduced graphene oxide. In this work, we prepared rGO/Carbon composite by using various porous carbons for application of supercapacitor to improve the specific capacitance, electrochemical performance and energy density. |
