초록 |
Initial microbialadhesion to solid surface is known to be mainly affected bytheir physico-chemical properties. Recently, there has been increasing interest in emplyoing electro-bioremediation for the treatment of soil contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarobons. However,influence of electric current on viability and surface physico-chemical properties ofmicrobial cells remained largely unknown. This studyinvestigatedthe viability and physico-chemical propertiesof P. putida strainsin an electric field. |
