Large scale production of N,N′-diBoc-dityrosine and dityrosine from HRP-catalyzed oxidation of N-Boc-L-tyrosine and one-step chromatographic purification |
| 초록 |
Dityrosine (DY) can be used as a biomarker for identification of oxidative protein damage and selective proteolysis. It has been generally prepared from horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-catalyzed oxidation of L-tyrosine followed by multi-step chromatographic separations. A HRP-catalyzed synthesis of N,N′-diBoc-dityrosine (DBDY) from N-Boc-L-tyrosine (BY) was suggested in this study as an alternative method for the preparation of DY. For the preparation of DY, Boc groups in DBDY were simply and completely removed from the treatment with trifluoroacetic acid. |
