Preparation and characterization of gel polymer electrolyte for lithium-ion battery using electron beam irradiation |
초록 |
In this study, gel polymer electrolytes for lithium secondary batteries were developed through a room-temperature and quick radiation processing. The gel polymer electrolytes were fabricated with acrylamide monomer (N,N'-dimethyl acrylamide (DMAm)) and diacrylate polymer crosslinker (poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA)) in a commercial liquid electrolyte using electron beam irradiation. The prepared gel polymer electrolytes were evaluated through the various measurements. The results of gel fraction revealed that the prepared gel polymer electrolyte was successfully crosslinked (gelled) by room temperature and quick electron beam irradiation even at the absorbed dose of 1 kGy. Also, the gel polymer electrolyte showed good ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability up to 4.5 V |
