Characterization of Rheological Property for Dual Curable Optically Clear Resin |

We studied about the dual curing behavior for transparent acrylic resin. Optically clear resin which has transparent properties for improving image quality was used for touch screen panel bonding process by UV curing process. However, Black matrix area interrupts penetration of UV light, for this reason, another curing methods were required. Resin was prepared using both photo radical initiator and thermal radical initiator. Dual curing was treated with UV conveyor and oven. Curing behavior was investigated by DSC, TGA and UV-ARES, and chemical reaction was measured by FT-IR and gel fraction. |
