제목 The Effective Wet Synthesis Process of Argyrodite Solid Electrolyte for High Performance All-Solid-State-Battery using various solvents
초록  We have synthesized Argyrodite phase among sulfide-based solid electrolytes LPSCl through a wet process. The wet process has many advantages in mass production such as uniform reaction and simple process. We have demonstrated effective synthesis process through mixing process such as mechanical milling and wet process. We have chosen 3 solvents such as Ethyl Acetate(EA), Acetonitrile(ACN) and Tetrahydrofuran(THF) as solvent for wet process. Among them, Ethyl Acetate(EA) used as solvent for wet process showed high ion conductivity among other solvents. We have synthesized 3 phases of solid electrolyte by separating solution to supernatant and precipitate after doing mechanical milling solvent with precursors. When we gained mixture, supernatant, precipitate, we have measured ion conductivities of each phases and precipitate phase was reported the best performance of ion conductivity of about 7.07mS/cm at 25℃ among them.
