Research on regenerating bone tissue due to osteoporosis and bone injury is actively taking place. In this study, in order to promote bone regeneration, a scaffold was prepared with the addition of inorganic ions that help cell differentiation excellently. In addition, a natural polymer microsphere containing Alendronate, one of the bisphosphonate-based drugs, was prepared and bound to the Scaffold. Inorganic ions are expected to be of great help in controlling the drug release rate as well as helping the scaffold with excellent biocompatibility. |
