In this study, we analyze the maximum conversion efficiency of a photovoltaic cell of ITO/ZnO/WS2/CsPbIxBr3-x/NiOx/Au structure using an inorganic charge transport layer and CsPbIxBr3-x as an absorption layer and the effects of each factor on it via SCAPS-1D. WS2 layer was applied as a buffer layer to compensate for the low light absorption efficiency of ZnO. As a result of analyzing the effect of each factor such as absorber layer thickness, defect density, and back contact work function on conversion efficiency, the highest power conversion efficiency was 22.13%. These results are expected to contribute to the improvement of the conversion efficiency of the All-Inorganic Photovoltaic Cell and the identification of its mechanism. |
