Injectable and moldable irisin loaded bioglass alginate system for bone regeneration |
초록 |
Bone injuries results in different movement related complications, which needs high functional grafts with growth factors and delivery systems. To overcome the problems methodologically, regenerative medicine developed and improved certain biomaterial and strategies. This project tries to provides an optimal injectable and moldable system for in vivo repair of large bone defects. The system consists of bioglass, growth factor Irisin and alginate as a carrier. Delivery of bio-glass and irisin along with in the carrier seems the best strategy for bone regeneration. The optimized bio glass confirmed as the contents of 45S5 bioglass. 90 % (120 to 150 um) porosity generated. Degradation and pH behaviors shows more than 70% within a week around the pH 7.4. MC3T3E2 osteoblasts showed the significant cells growth and calcium deposition in day 3 by Alizarin staining at 120ng/ml of Irisin loaded on bio-glass. SEM reports showed the loaded irisin and MC3T3E2 cells elongation and adhesion in pores after loading Irisin. |
