Catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 for a sustainable production of fuels and chemicals has been getting attractive as an economically and environmentally viable approach, especially for the production of aromatics. In this present study, we investigated the promoter effects of Fe oxides on the mesoporous ZnZrOx combined with ZSM-5 for a selective CO2 hydrogenation to aromatics. The synergetic effects between Fe promoter and mesoprous ZnZrOx were observed by easily activating H2 and CO2 to oxygenates, which were further transformed to aromatics on the acidic sites of ZSM-5. |
